About Item Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you can return any item(s) purchased online. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and offers may be subject to adjustment due to returns and cancellations.
Contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date to confirm whether your item is eligible for return.
In the case of return of products, the user shall bear the return cost.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service department before sending the return shipment.
If there is a problem with the delivered item, or if the item is not what you ordered, contact us at the email address below immediately after receiving the package. Be sure to include photos of the packaging materials as they were at the time of delivery, along with photos of the item in question.
Note:
We can only respond to such inquiries if made within 7 days of receiving the item, in accordance with our return policy. Please check the contents of your package promptly after delivery. We will not be able to assist you if your inquiry is made beyond the allowed timeframe or if the required photos are not attached. Depending on the details of your inquiry, we may request additional photos.

Upon receipt of the item, we will notify you whether your inquiry has been accepted or not.
We accept a maximum of one return per order.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email when your package arrives at our Return Center for verification and refund processing.
If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service so that we can assist in correcting the error.
Items Ineligible for Returns
We will not accept returns for the following items:
・Items not reported within 7 days after receipt of product
・Items removed tags
・Used items
・Set items missing parts of the set, or items with missing parts
・Items that are damaged, dirty, or have odors

Refunds
We will process the payment for your cancellation after the returned items have been processed.
Because our company’s products are priced in Japanese yen (JPY), the refund amount and the original payment amount may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations.
IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Your order will be considered fulfilled once our company ships the package to "the address you have entered." A "shipping charge for both sending and returning" will be billed in the following situations.
・If you did not accept the package at the delivery address
・If the address you have entered is incorrect
・If the package is returned to our company because it could not be accepted for reasons other than those stated above.
Changes to the delivery address will not be allowed after the package has been shipped. Please issue that your address is correct when placing your order.
