• We collect only your birthday month. We do not collect your year of birth or specific day of birth for this program, and we do not use the birthday month to determine your age.
• We use the birthday month only to provide birthday-month benefits and coupons, administer the program, and send related communications.
• Participation requires a separate affirmative consent to use the birthday month for the program. The consent box will not be pre-selected.
• Because birthday coupons are delivered by email, you must also separately agree to receive marketing emails. Consent to the birthday-month program and consent to marketing emails are recorded and managed separately.
• You may withdraw from the program at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you withdraw from marketing emails, request deletion of your birthday month, or close your account, we will stop birthday-month emails and delete or de-identify the birthday-month information within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

Where required, we send marketing emails only after obtaining a valid opt-in or where another applicable legal basis permits us to do so. Marketing consent is separate from accepting our terms, creating an account, purchasing a product, or registering a birthday month.
