Canada Post is currently on a nationwide strike and has suspended all handling and delivery of packages across the country.

We ship orders from Japan using DHL. However, some areas in Canada can only be reached via Canada Post for final delivery. Due to the strike, we are currently unable to deliver to these postal codes. If your order is affected, the following will apply:

• Orders to these areas will be automatically canceled and blocked by DHL.
• Shipments already en route to these postal codes will be put on hold until the strike ends.
• Packages already in Canada Post’s possession will be delivered once their services resume.

Shipping to all other areas in Canada will continue as usual.

If your order is automatically canceled by DHL, we will contact you by email to confirm whether you would prefer to cancel the order or place it on hold.
