Due to the worldwide effects of the 2019 novel coronavirus, international postage at post offices had been suspended meaning products were unable to be delivered.
However, we have now begun using DHL to carry out our deliveries.

There has been a change in postage costs to each country as a result, so please check the revised prices for the country you live in.

In addition, by using DHL we are now able to deliver faster and with improved certainty regarding dates.
However, you may still experience delays depending on the country or region in which you live.
Please be sure to check if you are able to receive products in your country before you place your order.

Important Notice: Suspension of Receiving Orders from the United States of America

Starting April 24, 2020, shipments to America will be suspended, so taking orders from America (including Hawaii and Guam) will be suspended.
Shipments to other countries may be delayed or suspended depending on the situation.

Due to the worldwide spread of Covid-19, measures have been introduced in various countries and regions, causing interruptions to transportation routes, such as the suspended handling of EMS mail and significant cancellations or reductions of flights to and from Japan.
Items that cannot be shipped will be returned by the post office, so please check in advance to see if shipping is still possible to your country/region.
Also, please be aware that the worldwide reduction in flights means that there is a high possibility of delivery delays even in countries and regions where deliveries have not been suspended.
