1. Campaign details and prizes

We'll select five winners from the entries. Each winner receives a refund of the price of one item they bought from our official website.

• Who can enter: anyone who places an order on the aimerfeel Global Web Shop on or after October 1, 2026.
• Age: you must be 18 or older to enter.
• Campaign period: November 7, 2026, at 0:00 AM(JST) through December 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM (JST)
• Prize: a refund of the price of one item per winner (five winners, five items in total).
• Not included in the refund: shipping, customs duties, payment processing fees, and other charges.

2. How to enter (three steps)

Step 1:Once your order arrives, leave a review with a photo or video through the review request email from Judge.me.

Step 2:Post the same photo or video on your own Instagram account with these two hashtags: #aimerfeel_global and #ad.

Step 3:Follow our official Instagram account, @aimerfeel_global, and comment “DONE!” on the campaign announcement post. That completes your entry.

3. Terms and conditions

Entry rules and winner selection

• To enter, you need to have placed an order on the aimerfeel Global Web Shop on or after October 1, 2026.
• Your Instagram account must be public. We can't see posts from private accounts, so those entries can't be considered.
• You can enter once for each item you bought. One entry is one review and one Instagram post for the same item.
• Bought more than one item? One group photo with everything in it is welcome. Use that same photo for each item's review and Instagram post.
• Your Instagram post needs a photo or video that shows the item you reviewed. A screenshot of your published review, photo included, also works.
• No try-on needed. A flat-lay photo or a picture of your package is fine.
• Please keep your posts appropriate, with nothing overly revealing. If we decide a post is not appropriate, it won't be considered, and its review may not be published.
• A review that contains inappropriate language or prohibited words will be hidden automatically by the review system. Hidden reviews can't be considered.

What we look for in an entry:

• Clear, well-lit photos or videos
• An item that's easy to see
• Originality and creativity
• Following the entry rules

Winner announcement and refunds

• After the entry deadline, we'll select five winners. We'll message winners by DM from our official Instagram account, @aimerfeel_global, within three weeks of the deadline.
• Within one week of letting you know you've won, we'll process a refund to the payment method you used. We’ll find your order from the review information, so there's nothing you need to do.
• The refund covers the price of one item only: the item you reviewed and posted about on Instagram.
• Shipping, customs duties, payment processing fees, and other charges are not refunded.
• The prize can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to someone else, or resold.

Use of your photos, videos, and reviews

• When you complete all three steps and enter, you agree that aimerfeel may use your photos, videos, and text without payment to you.
• Photos and videos must be your own original content. Please avoid posting anything that infringes on someone else's copyright or uses their likeness without permission.
• Your photos and review text may be reused in our marketing, without payment to you, including on our official social media accounts, in our email newsletters, on our website, and in ads.

Other terms and disclaimers

• This campaign is run by aimerfeel. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
• We will never request payment details, such as a credit card number, or ask for promotional or other fees via DM. Please be careful with DMs from fake accounts pretending to be us. Our official account is @aimerfeel_global.
• We may change or cancel this campaign without notice.
