Fits great, are just as good as my VS bras; somewhat better. Wish they had a size chart because it was a little tricky to figure out my size. Shipping is super quick, didn’t take long at all.

I would recommend choosing a size one size larger than the size guide.
Their bras are nice and good quality. However, the sizing guide was quite confusing and I went with what they recommended with the Chomori bras to go 1 cup size larger than my US size, and that a bad suggestion. It left a gap between my bust and the bra, did not look flattering at all.
As a global online bra company, they should consider making the first return free considering customers cannot try on the bra and rely heavily on sizing guide which may not always be accurate. Their customer service is slow and the return process is messy and unprofessional. They really need to reconsider their return process and make it a more seamless experience for customers. Whoever I dealt with in the emails was quite passive aggressive with me too. I simply confirmed that I returned my bras through my local courier and followed all directions they outlined in the email, and I wasn't sure what else they wanted me to confirm. The customer representative responded back saying "You're emailing something you don't need to do. Please understand that we will not respond to any further communications or inquiries regarding matters that have already been explained in the previous email." I was simply asking if they wanted me to confirm anything else, it wasn't even clear in their email that I needed to write "I agree" to their return instructions. If you want customers to confirm your return process, make it a formal PDF document and have them sign it back and agree to your terms. Or make it more clear in your communication that you need customers to reply back with "I agree".
I made sure to include my order details inside my return package and took pictures... I definitely don't want this company going back to me saying that they didn't receive my return or can't confirm this return is mine. The products may be great quality, but the customer service and company policy needs to reflect the same quality as well. I would avoid buying bras from this company unless you're willing to take the risk on the size guide. The return process seems simple but the customer service didn't make it seem simple and were very slow on replies as well. Overall, poor experience, I definitely will not be a returning customer.
