Due to the worldwide effects of the 2019 novel coronavirus, international postage at post offices had been suspended meaning products were unable to be delivered. However, we have now begun using DHL to carry out our deliveries.

There has been a change in postage costs to each country as a result, so please check the revised prices for the country you live in.


ZONE1:Asia,Pacific Islands,Oceania:$17.99 USD

ZONE2:North America, Europe:$22.99 USD

ZONE3:South America, Russia,Middle East,Africa,Other areas:$34.99 USD

In addition, by using DHL we are now able to deliver faster and with improved certainty regarding dates. However, you may still experience delays depending on the country or region in which you live.
Please be sure to check if you are able to receive products in your country before you place your order.
Customs duty and other taxes may be levied additionally when the shipment reaches your country.


If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.
Policies on those taxes vary in each country.
Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.

We will ship within 5 business days after ordering. The number of days required for delivery depends on the situation of the country and customs.

Large orders of the same product may be cancelled without any warning if the purchase is found to be for the purpose of profiting from unauthorized resales.

Adding/including items in shipment after ordering

We are unable to add items after you order or combine multiple orders for shipment.
If you would like to add items or include them in a shipment, please cancel your previous order and then contact us by email to order again.

In the event that the product is not delivered as a result of an incorrect delivery address:


Your order will be deemed to have been fulfilled once our company ships the package to "the address you have entered." A "return shipping charge" will be billed in the following situations.


・If you did not accept the package at the delivery address
・If the address you have entered is incorrect
・If the package is returned to our company because it could not be accepted for reasons other than those stated above

Changes to the delivery address will not be allowed after the package has been shipped.
Please check that your address is correct when placing your order.
