About Item Returns and Exchanges

Product returns are not accepted aside from cases of product defect, product inaccuracy, and other cases where the fault is attributable to the Company.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if you contact us within 7 days after product receipt.
Please contact us by email within 7 days after the item has been delivered to determine whether it can be returned or exchanged.
In the case of return / exchange of products, the user shall bear the return cost and the re-shipping fee from the company.
To arrange a return or an exchange, please contact our customer service department before sending the return shipment.

*In the event that there is a problem with the delivered product, or if the product is not what you ordered, we will only accept inquiries if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please check the contents as soon as possible after delivery. Please note that we will not be able to accept inquiries after this period.

Upon receipt of the items, we will contact you to let you know whether or not the return/exchange will be accepted.

We accept a maximum of one return or exchange per order.


Items Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges

We will not accept returns/exchanges for the following items:

  • Items that are not notified within 7 days after receipt of product
  • Items returned at the convenience of the customer (did not like the items etc.)
  • Items without tags
  • Used items
  • Set items missing a part of the set, or items with missing parts
  • Items that are damaged, dirty, or have odors
  • Underwear and hosiery that have been tried on


  • Return/Exchange Shipping

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred for the return/exchange.

    How to Arrange Returns/Exchanges

    If the return/exchange is possible, please send the items to the address below:

  • Caution: Shipping Brassieres
    Please do not send brassieres in flat large envelopes, etc. where the items may become compressed or distorted. Similarly, please do not send items in boxes smaller than the items themselves, or fold the items in any way. The brassiere cup may become deformed. In the event that an item is damaged or soiled in the return shipping process, we will not accept it for return/exchange.

    Refunds

    We will process the payment cancellation after the returned items are processed.
    Because our company's products are all priced in United States Dollars(USD), there are instances where the exchange rate at the time of purchase and return produces an error in the amount charged and the amount returned. Please understand this in advance.

    In the event that the product is not delivered as a result of an incorrect delivery address:

    Your order will be deemed to have been fulfilled once our company ships the package to "the address you have entered." A "return shipping charge" will be billed in the following situations.
    ・If you did not accept the package at the delivery address
    ・If the address you have entered is incorrect
    ・If the package is returned to our company because it could not be accepted for reasons other than those stated above
    Changes to the delivery address will not be allowed after the package has been shipped. Please check that your address is correct when placing your order.
